Founder & Owner Yvette shares her passion for Chocolate...
Having lived in both France and Italy, and with roots in the catering industry, our skill and affinity with chocolate is equally matched by our passion for combining exciting new flavours with the best quality ingredients.
We aim to use ethically sourced products, add no colourings and use only natural flavourings. Our unique flavour combinations are achieved through an artisanal 24 hour infusion technique, learned at the Chocolate Academy at Banbury under the tutelage of Marc Demarquette.
We pride ourselves on having a 5* rating from the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme and do our best to support small local businesses when sourcing our ingredients.
